My home had been listed for 6 months prior to meeting Jeff. When the listing expired, I decided to give Jeff an opportunity to sell my home. Jeff came and sat down with me, evaluated my previous listing and marketing, and made recommendations on what he would do different to sell my home. He was very honest as he stuck to his guns on what we should sell the home at and based on the neighborhood, the type of marketing that would be effective. Needless to say, the house was only listed for a couple of weeks when we got an offer for the full asking price. Jeff was correct!
Jeff is a man of integrity and character. Jeff will not say what you want to hear to get the business. He will be honest with you on what it will take. He is also prepared to walk away if an agreement with the seller cannot be met. Not many sales folks have the courage to do that.
